NOTE: The number listed under the “Follow-Ups” column is the number of follow-ups on cases where the SPI is the initial SPI and cases where the SPI is NOT the initial SPI. By setting the initial SPI to a specific user, follow-ups where that user is not the initial SPI are removed from the report. This note holds true for all productivity reports where follow-up information is displayed.
