Report 086c displays basic call type count information in regards to HCF and Non-HCF calls in a column count format for the users that meet the selected search criteria.
The above sample report shows each user, the count of a specific call type taken in regards to HCF and Non-HCF calls and the percentage that count equates to for the entire column for that call type.
For example, user “Molly Jones” has 103 “Human Exposure (HCF)” calls and 199 “Human Exposure (Non-HCF) calls. Each count has its own respective percentage used for the column. The “Human Exposure (HCF)” percentage is 15.87% while the “Human Exposure (Non-HCF)” is 10.88%. These percentages are the percentage of that call type taken by the user in regards to the entire column’s total of all users for the call type listed.
Notice the last two columns for the report do offer a final count of calls taken for each user and gives each count a percentage value against all totals for the users listed.
