Report 086a displays basic call type count information in a column count format for the users that meet the selected search criteria.
The above sample report shows each user, the count of a specific call type taken and the percentage that count equates to for the entire column for that call type.
For example, user “Charlie Smith” has 326 “Human Exposure” calls. This count is 13.16% of the total count for human exposure calls for the SPI’s listed in the report which is 2,478.
Notice the last two columns for the report do offer a final count of calls taken for each user and gives each count a percentage value against all totals for the users listed.
