Report 086b displays basic call type count information in a row count format for the users that meet the selected search criteria.
The above sample report shows each user, the count of a specific call type taken and the percentage that count equates to for the entire row for that user.
For example, user “Rebecca Grace” has 149 “Human Exposure” calls. This count is 37.82% of the total count for all call types listed in the report. In other words, 37.82% of the calls user Rebecca Grace has taken is call type human exposure.
Notice the last two columns for the report do offer a final count of calls taken for each user and gives each count a percentage value against all totals for the users listed.
