The report designer within TDA provides you with the ability to create custom reports from scratch to fulfill almost any type of report style you need. For example, if you would like a report similar to the existing toxiCALL® Case Detail Report, but excluding a few select fields, the report designer can accommodate that need.
In this example we will walk through the steps of building a basis information report so that you are familiar with the process and can adapt to create the reports you desire.
To get started, a demo query has been created that will be used for designing our report. If you would like to follow along through these steps on your own workstation, the following query should be created and saved for use.
