This section will identify the steps necessary to configure call recording with TOXICALL®. Several configuration options are available so it is important to gather the appropriate information in order to fully configure all call recording options.
You will need the following information for each workstation’s configuration:
Ø Workstation Name
Ø Call Recorder Channel
Ø Station # of Channel
Ø Path to shared location where call recordings will be stored
Ø Path to shared location where archived call recordings will be stored
