Configuring TOXICALL® Workstations for Call Recording

Each TOXICALL® workstation must be configured to connect with the call recorder. This will allow each workstation to properly link calls with cases through the TOXICALL® interface as they are received.

This is a network wide configuration and does not need to be completed on each workstation. In order to proceed you will need the Workstation Name, call recorder channel and the station # of channel for each workstation. Additionally, each workstation must be configured with a mapped drive to the shared location of the call recordings.
