Network Share Folder Creation

The network share folder (often times referred to as the “System Folder” or “System Location”) stores system table information, log files, network wide configuration files, etc.

The share folder is a location within your network (sometimes a file share server) that all toxiCALL® workstations will have access to. This folder location will need to be manually created as it is not created through the application installation process.

When creating the network share folder, the naming convention should be something similar to “ToxicallSystemFolder” or “ToxicallNetworkShare”. If you are implementing toxiCALL® in a testing environment, a naming convention such as “ToxicallTestingSystemFolder” is suggested.
