After the network share folder has been created (please see the topic for details), each toxiCALL® workstation should have a drive mapping established pointing to that share location.
When mapping the network drive for the network share location, attempts should be made so that each workstation uses the same drive letter. An example would be that all toxiCALL® workstations are mapped to the network share folder under the drive letter “Z”. This will aide in troubleshooting and in the event configuration files are copied from one workstation to another.
NOTE: When configuring toxiCALL®, it is NOT required that you use the same mapped drive name for each workstation. We only make this suggestion to aid with troubleshooting and clarity.
Alternatively, you can configure toxiCALL® using the fully qualified path to the network share instead of mapping a network drive. An example may be “\\Server01\ToxicallSystemFolder”.
If you decide to use a fully qualified path, you do not need to perform any additional setup in this regard. This path will be entered during the installation process and used in the toxiCALL® configuration automatically.
