      Phone History Lookup Feature

The phone history functionality allows users to recall past caller, patient, and PMD information based on stored phone numbers and retrieve their associated name and address data.

      Online Phone Service Lookup **

Toxicall® can be configured to connect to third party internet services that will return Name and Address information based on the phone number supplied. Third party vendors charge for this lookup feature.

**Since the release of Toxicall® Version v4.6.76 the third party vendor who supplied the phone number information for the lookup service has discontinued support for Poison Control Centers. We are currently evaluating other vendors to provide these services.

TOXICALL® Enhancements

Added the ability to use “-“, “To”, “Thru”, or a Comma to all date, numeric and text fields in the search criteria. (This was enhanced since vv4.6.56 where some of this functionality exists.)
