When unable to open Poisindex from TOXICALL®, make sure that Health Care Series has been loaded onto the workstation and TOXICALL®’s path points to it correctly. (This is set up in the More window of the Configuration window.) Verify the paths for Home Path and Temp Path by checking that you can access the files for Micromedex from My Computer, and going to the same directories listed in the path. If you are unsure if the path is correct, check the mdxuser.ini file located on the workstation. If the path is set correctly, check your Micromedex subsmain.exe file to see that you have Poisindex and AAPCC set to Yes. If you do not, contact Micromedex for support.
A “Padlock Error” error message will require you to contact Micromedex for resolution.
