Troubleshooting and File Placement

In the event online lookups fail or return an error such as “Error 63” we advise reviewing the following files are placed in the specified locations.

System Folder Location:

If you are unsure where your system folder location resides, please review the information provided in the  section of the online documentation.

Locate and take note of the path defined in the “System Folder” field.

      TargusInfoConfig.xml

      TargusInfo1321Def.xml

      ToxicallSystem.ini

Please ensure the “[TargusInfo]” section header and “ServiceID=” parameter is present with the appropriate service ID entered.

If you need to make any updates to the TargusInfo configuration, please do so via the toxiCALL® configuration window.
