Password:

The password provided to you by Truven Health Analytics for authentication. If you are using Trusted Authentication this will be left empty.

Source:

“CaseTool” (Unless otherwise specified by Thompson Reuters).

Institution:

“PoisonControl” (Unless otherwise specified by Thompson Reuters).

Browser:

Location of the browser executable toxiCALL® will use when performing a search. Please be sure to select the “Choose Browser” radio button preference to use this field.

Save Location:

Location to save the MICROMEDEX® product data file when performing a search. This file will be read and imported into the toxiCALL® case window. If you are using MICROMEDEX® v1.0 you must ensure the file is saved to this location.

The workstation login account must have read/write/create/delete privileges to this file location.

Recommended location:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\PDXTemp

This location also stores the ToxPDX user preferences and information such as the Interactive window color, opacity, location, etc.

Internet:

The “Internet” field is broken down into three areas.

The first area (left) is where you will enter the primary domain address used for searching. This location can be obtained from Truven Health Analytics.

The second area (right) is where you will enter the “base” URL to be used when performing a search.

The third area contains two radio buttons “HCS Version 2.0” and “HCS Version WS” (Web Service). You will select the appropriate radio button that correlates with the version of MICROMEDEX® intended for use.

For Intranet configurations the “primary domain address” should be configured to the domain of your Intranet configuration.

This configuration setting can be used for either an internet or intranet configuration.
