Only users with Supervisor window rights will have access to system tables, which are accessed via Tools on the menu bar.
The majority of all supervisor functions will be performed from the Tools menu.
To access Supervisor functions if the search window is open, close it by choosing File / Close Search Window, then choose Tools from the menu bar.
If there are case windows open, close these by choosing File / Save Case.
