Before moving cases, you will want to migrate your system tables, saved searches and templates into the SQL database. (If you are installing TOXICALL® for the first time, you only need to migrate your system tables.) To do this, log into TOXICALL® with Supervisor rights and go to the Tools menu, choose Data Migration v4.x to 4.3.
Check the System Tables checkbox. For the v4.x Database field, click the lookup button to the right of the field and browse to your existing toxiuser.mdb in your network location.
Now click the Start button. You will receive about six error messages, just hit Cancel to them all. When completed, you will be returned to the same screen, but the System Tables box will be unchecked.
