Setting “Scale Case” to “Yes” allows toxiCALL® to dynamically adjust the case entry screen sections and font sizes to meet your workstation’s resolution. This means toxiCALL® scales the data entry fields and other case entry items upwards to better fit your screen.
When “Scale Case” is set to “No”, scroll bars may appear in fields that otherwise would have been automatically resized for you.
Note: When “Scale Case” is set to “Yes”, it may take longer to open cases due to the use of additional system resources. If you find cases are taking an extended amount of time to open after setting this option to “Yes”, it may be a workstation resource limitation issue and disabling the feature should be considered.
