If cases have been scanned out, TOXICALL® applies a scan flag status which denotes that these cases have been scanned out. If you wish to scan out these cases again, use the Supervisor menu on the Search window and select the cases you’d like to resend. Then use the Selected Cases/Reset Scanout Flag option. These cases will scan out when Autoupload sends the next batch.
