Allows users to specify how often (in seconds) toxiCALL® automatically refreshes data in the search window to display the most current search data results. (Previous versions of toxiCALL® required the SPI to manually refresh the search window.) Unless the workstation you are using is very fast and has a lot of RAM, it is recommended that Refresh Interval is set to ‘0’ so it will never update automatically and a manual refresh is required. (This is accomplished when a search is executed.) The lower the number, the more often toxiCALL® automatically refreshes the search window.
Example: Entering the number “2” into the “Refresh Interval” field would cause toxiCALL® to refresh the search window every 2 seconds. This uses a lot of machine resources and can significantly slow down your system, and if the number is too small for your system, it may experience lockups.
