Populating the PMD data using the phone history window uses the same process as populating the caller data and the patient data.
Enter a valid 10-digit phone number into the “PMD” field in the “Patient Data” portion of the TOXICALL® chart and if configured to open manually press “Ctrl+I” (“L”) to open the Phone History window.
Please note that the window may open to display the caller information window by default, if this is the case, press the “PMD Information” button in the lower right to switch to the PMD Information screen. The phone history window will display the word “Patient”, “Caller”, or “PMD” depending on which screen you are currently viewing.
Based on previously stored data for this individual, the phone number returns the name of the PMD which can then be populated into the chart by pressing the “Copy All” button.
