Continuing our example, we have pulled the caller information from the network database and populated the caller information fields. Now for example we assume you would like to queue the patient information based on a different phone number.
Click into the patient phone number field in the TOXICALL® chart and type in the 10-digit phone number desired. The phone lookup window will open automatically if configured to do so, otherwise press “Ctrl+I” (“L”) to open the window.
Please note that the window may open to display the caller information window by default, if this is the case, press the “Patient Information” button in the lower right to switch to the patient information screen. The phone history window will display the word “Patient”, “Caller”, or “PMD” depending on which screen you are currently viewing.
The phone number entered here returns previously stored data in the network database. Using the “Copy All” button you can copy the data returned into the chart.
