Default Search Criteria:
The “Default Search Criteria” feature is designed to allow you define which set of cases are displayed by default when using toxiCALL®. For example, if you are most interested in seeing only “Open Cases” or “Open Cases with Due Follow-Ups” as your default display, this can be customized using default search criteria. Quick Search Icons:
Quick search icons provide the ability to place common searches onto a toolbar as icons for single click access. toxiCALL® also supports the ability to create multiple toolbars to address the various business roles within your organization such as SPI, Manager, QA, etc. Below is a link to our online help resource for your review.

Recent Cases Window
The Recent Cases Window will assist specialists with their workflow by providing quick access to locating recent cases within toxiCALL®. Searches can be performed by telephone number, name, substance, and other fields.
The Recent Cases Window is designed to supplement the Search Window by aiding in specialist efficiency when locating cases. This is especially important when receiving a follow-up call on an existing case. The new search capabilities will help simplify many of the complexities encountered when conducting advanced searches in the toxiCALL® Search Window.
