The “Phone Lookup Options” window is where a TOXICALL® supervisor can modify how the phone lookup features work. To access the “Phone Lookup Options (System)” window complete the following steps:
Start TOXICALL® and log in as a supervisor.
Click on “Tools” from the menu bar and select “Configuration…” to open the “Toxicall® Configuration” window.
Click on the “More System Config…” button located in the lower right hand area to open the “Toxicall® More System Configuration” window.
Locate the “Phone History” area of the window located in the right hand area of the window and click on the “Configure” button.
The “Phone Lookup Options (System)” window will open.
