Overview of the Recent Cases Window

The “Recent Cases Window” supports many different searching capabilities and configuration options. Many of the capabilities of the Recent Cases Window are also available from the Search Window. This section is designed to give a complete overview of the Recent Cases window.

The recent cases window can be configured to open automatically when a new call recording begins or manually from the “View” menu option. Additionally, pressing “Ctrl+R” will open the Recent Cases window.
