The “Network Temp Path” tells toxiCALL® where the information being returned from HCS is located. Once both the Temp Path and Network Path are set correctly, toxiCALL® is ready to receive information from HCS. If you are still having trouble getting the data to come into your toxiCALL® case, please see the Troubleshooting section of this manual.
The easiest way to configure the Temp Path is to search for files and folders on your local hard drive.
To set the Temp Path:
1. Locate file called: “MDXUSER.INI”, open it and locate “Temppath=”
2. Highlight and copy everything to the right of “Temppath=”
3. In toxiCALL®, paste the data into the HCS Temp Path field.
