Max Open Case Windows allows you to specify how many case entry windows can be simultaneously displayed within toxiCALL® at one time. This setting depends heavily on your specific workstation configuration. With older or slower workstations you may find that the actual maximum of displayed cases is only 1 at a time before workstation performance issues arise.
If too many cases are displayed at one time, an error message may be displayed, typically, ‘Error 743, unable to load control.’ If this error message is displayed, lower the Max Open Case Window setting and the issue should be resolved. It is also possible that the machine will seem to lock or kick you out of toxiCALL® if you have exceeded your system’s available memory.
