The Logging Options area is where the System Administrator will specify the level of Enhanced Logging.
Enhanced Logging:
To allow for greater flexibility for portal systems, ToxiWeb allows portal systems to bypass the TOXIWEB™ Login screen and even change the user’s password.
For example:
If the TOXIWEB™ application is setup at www.ourhospital.com/toxiweb
Then the portal system can pass the following parameters to skip the login page:
•UID – this is the User ID
•PWD – this is the password
•NEW – this is the new password to be updated in TOXIWEB™
So the portal system could create a way for users to login to TOXIWEB™ from within the portal by redirecting to the following link:
http://www.ourhospital.com/toxiweb/home.aspx?UID=Super&PWD=Super
In the link above the User ID is Super and the Password is Super.
Successful logins will be directed to the TOXIWEB™ Welcome Page.
The portal could initiate a password change redirecting to the following link:
http://www.ourhospital.com/toxiweb/home.aspx?UID=Super&PWD=Super&NEW=Reset123
In the link above the User ID is Super, the Current Password is Super, and the Password is to be changed to Reset123.
