Keep Search Criteria

Setting “Keep Search Criteria” to “Yes” will prevent toxiCALL® from clearing search criteria between searches. For example, if you build search criteria and use it to locate a certain case, you may notice that if you open and then close the case entry window, the previously entered search criteria is cleared. Enabling “Keep Search Criteria” will ensure the criteria is always preserved unless you specifically clear it. This allows a drill-down capability as you can continue to add additional criteria to your search without losing your progress.

Setting “Keep Search Criteria” to “No” will instruct toxiCALL® to automatically clear search criteria when returning to the search window. You may need to uncheck the “Clear Search Criteria” checkbox on the Search window as well.
