Introduction

This document will walk you through the process of converting and editing a RADARS® submission set. The TOXICALL(r) Convert Notes application provides the ability to copy and convert TOXICALL(R) case data to the appropriate submission structure, scrub zip codes to desired length, and redact notes information prior to submission.
