If your center would like to migrate their archives to SQL Server, you will need to create a new database for each archive they would like in SQL Server. They can keep the same archive structure they have been using, consolidate all archives into one file (ex: 1999-2001 Archive) or simply have one network database that holds all case information. (In the last instance, all users with access to the network will have access to the old cases as well, which some centers see as undesirable.) Create the database as you did above for the network database and run the ToxiNet.sql query against it to create the structure. We recommend giving each archive a memorable name so that it is easy to determine the contents of the database.
