This is an error from the licensing section of our software. The fix is:
• Go to the Windows or Winnt/system 32 directory and delete these files: ckldrv.sys, crypserv.exe and esnecil.ind. You may have to stop the Crypserv service under Control Panel/Services first if you get an error that it is in use.
• Find the setupex.exe file in the folder TOXICALL® is installed on that machine locally. Double click it to run the file. You will probably not see anything happen except a screen blink.
• Try to open TOXICALL®.
• If TOXICALL® isn’t working; reboot the machine, and when it comes back up run the setupex.exe file again. Try to open TOXICALL®. If this doesn’t work, call Toxicall Technical Support.
