The first step that the user will need to complete is setting up a dedicated E-mail address to receive the case file data. The AutoReceive process will delete E-mail messages as part of its process, so it is very important that this newly created E-mail address is only used for this process.
NOTE: The email services “live.com” / “hotmail.com” are not supported as they do not allow the AutoReceive process to log into the account multiple times in a short time period.
This E-mail address will also need to be provided to the Poison Control Center that will be sending the information to complete the configuration process on their end.
