With the default playback window open, you can add notes to the call by typing into the “Note:” field.
Once you have entered the desired notes, press the “Save” button to save the changes. Press the “Close” button to close the playback window.
If you would like to edit or review the call note in the future, select the call recording and press the “Listen” button to open the playback window.
