The installation, configuration, updating, and other general maintenance of the SQL Server environment is the responsibility of the client site implementing toxiCALL®.
With the above being said, please keep in mind that CAS is more than happy to provide assistance as needed to the best of our knowledge and experience. Issues that are outside of our limited scope of expertise will still need to be addressed by the client site technical experts.
NOTE: If you are implementing toxiCALL® in a stand-alone environment (single workstation) you may also consider utilizing Microsoft® SQL Server Express as a free backend storage solution. Microsoft® SQL Server Express does have certain limitations in regards to CPU, memory, and data storage so please review these items on Microsoft®’s web site to ensure they will not negatively impact your business needs.
