TOXICALL® features the ability to send case specific data back to the call recorder to be viewed from within Higher Ground Instant Retrieval.
By sending data to the Higher Ground call recorder, you can use the searching and reporting tools within the Higher Ground software suite to further evaluate your statistics.
The following screenshot is an example of a case which has been stored within the Higher Ground call recorder from TOXICALL(r). This case information can be viewed within the Higher Ground Instant Retrieval.
TOXICALL(r) offers a simple interface to map TOXICALL(r) specific data to the user attachment fields available within the call recorder. The mapping options are:
SPI Name – Sends SPI name information back to the call recorder.
Case Number -
(Full) – A full case number includes Center Code, Year Code, and Case.
(Partial) – Partial Case Number only sends the Case Number portion of the full case number
Call Type – Sends the call type information back to the call recorder. Exposures cases will include the species in addition to the call type. Examples include “Exposure/Human”, “Exposure/Animal” and “Info: Drug ID” call type.
Management Site – Sends the management site information back to the call recorder. Examples include “Managed on site (non HCF)” and “Unknown”.
Medical Outcome – Sends the medical outcome information back to the call recorder. Examples include “Minor Effect” and “Moderate Effect”.
