The clear case window layout option is designed to reset the case entry screen layout back to default. Often times this feature will resolve layout issues experienced after modifying screen resolutions, font size settings, etc.
The following steps will guide you through using this feature:
1. Log into toxiCALL®.
2. Close any open case windows or search windows (“File” > “Close Search Window) so that you are at the main grey starting screen for toxiCALL®.
3. Select “Window” > “Clear Case Window Layout”. If you select “Window” and do not see the “Clear Case Window Layout” option, it may be that you still have other windows open such as the search window and are not yet at the grey starting screen.
4. toxiCALL® should inform you that the layout settings for your login (SPI Code) have been reset.
