Toxicall® uses Windows for its time and date format, which allows users to display time and date in the format they desire.
For Time: from the
Windows Desktop, click the Start button 
, choose Settings then Control Panel,
then Regional Settings. On the pop-up, click Time and choose either ‘H:mm:ss’ or
‘HH:mm:ss.’
