Centers Running a Version of toxiCALL(R) Other Than Current Release:

In order to ensure that you download the correct version of toxiCALL® to match the current version the center is on you will need to log into toxiCALL(R) and select “About” from the “Help” menu option in toxiCALL®. Once the “About” window is open, make note of the full version number listed. An example would be 4.7.20.

If the current version number is anything other than the current release number listed on the download web page and you do not have an already downloaded and saved installation package you will need to contact support for further assistance in setting up a custom download link as our website only offers the latest release version for download.

We strongly recommend that if you are currently on a lower version number than listed on the download page you should consider scheduling a time to work with a CAS support agent to upgrade your center to the latest release version. Upgrading your center to the latest release version will always ensure that you receive the latest code enhancements and features along with accurate technical support.
