Case is Slow to Open

Check the settings in the Configuration window under the Tools menu.

•      Check that the Pre-load case and Keep Case tab in memory are set to No, as they are no longer supported and can cause some delay when opening a case.

•      Set Scale Case and Scale Case Summary to No.  If this is set to No, it will alter the way that the cases appear when opening on the local system.  You may have to scroll to see all the windows.
