Call recordings can be copied across multiple cases in the event of a multiple patient exposure.
The following screen shot displays one call associated to case “18”. To copy this recorded call to case “17”, first click and drag the original call recording, the mouse pointer will change to a telephone icon.
Next, while still dragging the call recording, press the “Ctrl” key on the keyboard. The icon will change to a telephone icon with a small black “plus sign” attached. This indicates the call will be copied to another case instead of moved entirely. The following screen shot displays this process.
Once the icon is moved above the call you wish to copy the call recording to, release the mouse and the call will be copied.
The call is now associated with both case “18” and case “17” as shown in the preceding screen shot.
