The “Call Recording” search tab is designed to aid you in finding certain calls using the same search methods when using the TOXICALL® search engine.
Call Date –Allows you to specify the time range you would like to search for calls. Examples include: Last Hour, Last 24 Hours, Last Week, Last Month, Etc.
Center Code – Allows you to specify the center code you would like to search for calls by.
SPI – Allows you to search for all calls captured by a specific SPI.
Phone Ext. – Allows you to search for all calls captured on a certain phone extension.
WorkStation – Allows you to search for all calls captured on a certain workstation.
CR Station – Allows you to search for all calls captured on a certain Call Recorder Station.
Call Notes – Allows you to search for any calls that contain the call notes text criteria specified in this field.
