To change the options for the Call Manager window, click on the Options button at the bottom of the Call Manager screen. The options screen will look like this:
The Case Display Options section settings will change the case information that is displayed in the left pane of the Call Manager.
The Non-Associated Call Display Options screen settings will change the search criteria used to display unassociated call in the right pane of the Call Manager.
The left hand pane of the Call Manager screen shows the TOXICALL® cases and their associated calls. Search criteria can limit the calls displayed, just like it would in the normal case list or case list advanced screens.
The right hand pane of the Call Manager screen shows the unassociated calls that have been recorded by the HigherGround system, but not associated with a case.
