To setup automated batch reporting the following steps must be completed in the order specified:
1. Create Contacts (required if reports will be E-mailed)
2. Create Triggers
a. Action Maintenance
b. Trigger Maintenance
c. Trigger List Maintenance
3. Batch Reporting Setup
