When using a pivot table, it is often desirable to see any changes made update the data in real time. The “Auto Query” button allows for these real time updates to take place.
To enable this feature (will be enabled in this example) locate the “Auto Query” icon and select it one time. Note that when active, the Auto Query icon will have a small border appear around the icon itself.
