The “Auto Close Window” check box will either enable or disable the ability to set a default duration for the amount of time the “Phone Lookup” window will stay open on the screen.
The “After (optional) Seconds of Inactivity” area is where the supervisor will set the amount of time the window will remain open. The timer will begin a countdown as soon as the mouse moves off the “Phone Lookup” window and when it reaches zero the window will close. If the user moves the mouse back over the “Phone Lookup” window, the timer will reset back to the default time and begin countdown once again when the mouse leaves the window a second time.
