Adding Search Criteria to a Custom Display

Adding search criteria to a custom display is a simple process that is similar to adding search criteria to any other case list window. Review the steps listed below to see the process.

1.  Log into TOXICALL® as a supervisor.

2.  Click on the “Network Database” icon to open the TOXICALL® search window.

3.  Click on the “3-dot Lookup” button for the “Display” field.

4.  Click on the “Custom Displays” tab to view all saved custom displays.

5.  Double click the custom display you desire to load it into the search window. At this point you will not see any results because the search button has not been pressed. Before pressing the search button however, this is a good time to add any search criteria you desire to the search engine.

6.  The top area of the screen will have the same search criteria tabs that you would see using the “Case List – Advanced” display. Enter in the desired search criteria using these tabs, and press “Search” when finished.
