Report 110a will display any charts that have been created with duplicate patient names within one day of each other. The below sample report shows this relation.
In the above sample report three exposure calls were created during three consecutive dates with the patient name of “Susan Mitchell”. Since the three charts were created with the same patient name and within one day of each other, all three will display in the report.
Please note this report does not show information by “Caller Name”. The report only looks at the “Patient Name” information.
